I am an experienced and certified instructor who with much enthusiasm can help you to find the best way to tone and strengthen your body, to gain back your mobility and to improve your body awareness and posture in creative way.

Mat group classes are designed to provide full body workout with a personal approach. We are using different types of props to target specific groups of muscles.

Anna was not only a great coach but a balance inspiration. This was my first time doing Pilates and I loved it! I noticed it in my body almost immediately. I am normally not attracted to big exhausting and painful work-out at the gym. So, in Anna’s Pilates  I found myself really giving the best of me, focusing on precise and demanding movements but at the same time I felt I was being gentle and patient with my body. The very first sessions I “discovered” new muscle that I didn’t know I had (just kidding). I was particularly excited about working out the side of my ribs, my thighs and my abs. I felt them not only strengthen but stronger. I really felt what Anna used to say: “pilates strengthen the inner side of our muscles”. I consider pilates an integral exercise because I complemented this process with breathing and feeling the balance of my body. It was a big relief to do pilates during COVID (via online or face-to-face, as possible as we could). It notably reduced my stress and helped me with the wrong posture of being under locked down. I am very grateful with Anna. Thanks for your dedication and patience with the group.

Coming to Aruba I didn’t have high expectations finding a good Pilates instructor.  My experience has proven me wrong!!!  It was absolute pleasure working with Anna at SmartFit pilates!!!  Anna is very professional, organized and carrying!!!  Reformer Anna uses to teach is up to the latest technology, always clean and disinfected!!!  I found classes i took from SmartFit Pilates really helped my physical and mental condition.  I felt amazing after class and took 3 classes a week!!!  Anna is very welcoming, she heard me saying I enjoyed drinking water with lemon and prepared a pitcher of water with lemon and mint for me for every class!!!  I highly recommend SmartFit Pilates and Anna, I can’t wait to come back!!!
